Full Color Pins
Offset and Screen Printed Pins are great for having your pin look just like your logo. There is no need for metal lines to separate your colors, allowing you to recreate your logo in to a pin with no changes to the design. A perfect fit for logos with specific Pantone colors where matching colors exactly is crucial and for artwork requiring precise, simple and high resolution of color.
An epoxy finish is added to prevent any scratching of your pin. You can have a metal border or print your pin design right to the edge of the pin.
Works best with pin designs that have small images or text, multiple colors and detailed designs, such as a company logo pin.

Lapel Pin Options
Plating Options
Standard plating options are Gold, Silver, Nickel, Copper and Black Nickel offered at no extra charge. Alternative finishing options are Antique Gold, Antique Silver, Antique Copper or Antique Bronze.
Lapel Pin Attachments
The standard pin attachment is the military or butterfly clutch (pinch/pull). Additional upgrades include, tie tac, rubber clutch, magnetic back or safety pin.
Packaging Options
Packaging options include velvet bags, plastic jewel cases, printed cards or a more elegant velvet jewel cases. These packaging options protect your custom lapel pin and increase the perceived value.
The Production Process
A screen or plate is made for each of the colors in your custom lapel pin design. The colors are applied directly to the metal of your choice. The screens or plates are baked at 350 degrees. After the screens/plates are cooled, the shapes are cut to reveal your custom lapel pins. The pins are then applied a clear epoxy finish. Pins are color matched using the PMS color chart, which means there are thousands of colors available for you to choose from.
